We hope you love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, please review our return policy below.


Return Requests

To request a return, email us at haulandhanger@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include your Order Number in the subject line to help us process your request quickly.


Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of your items.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit for the item(s) returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Local Delivery Orders

Customers who received Local Delivery may return eligible items within 3 business days of delivery for store credit or exchange.


Final Sale Items

All sale items ending in .99 are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Refunds

We do not offer cash or card refunds. Store credit only will be issued for approved returns.
