Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.

Haul & Hanger is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Local Delivery
If you select Local Delivery at checkout, your order will be delivered within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Local Delivery customers may return items within 3 business days for store credit or exchange (see our Return Policy).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.

Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes to shipping addresses or combine separate orders.
