Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2â3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Standard Shipping: $8.99 for orders under $100
Free Standard Shipping on all orders $100 and over
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
Haul & Hanger is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
Local Delivery & Pickup
If you select Local Delivery & Pickup at checkout, your order will be delivered or available for pickup within 2â3 business days of purchase.
Local Delivery customers may return items within 3 business days for store credit or exchange (see our Return Policy).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.

Once an order has been placed, weâre unable to make changes to shipping addresses or combine separate orders.
