Refund & Return Policy

At Haul & Hanger, we want you to truly love what you ordered. We’re a small business, and every single order matters to us 💕. We work hard to bring you pieces that are fun, wearable, and easy to love, and we care a lot about your experience from checkout to delivery.

If something doesn’t work out, we’ll make the return process as simple as possible.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:


  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must have original tags attached
  • Items must be free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, makeup, or pet hair

If an item is returned and does not meet these requirements, it will be sent back to you.


Store Credit

At this time, we do not offer refunds back to the original payment method.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Store credit is:


  • Sent by email
  • Easy to use online
  • Does not expire


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Discounted items (including promo codes)
  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Bags
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates


Return Shipping

 

 

 

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as Haul & Hanger is not responsible for lost return packages.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

 

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can take care of it quickly.

Processing Time

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your store credit to be issued.
